Review of the Zopa, Car finance:

Useless at solving their own issue.

Took out car finance through Zopa and it has been a week since I first applied and the dealer is still waiting for the funds. They keep saying that the dealer provided them with the wrong account details, which the Dealer did resolve on Monday. It's Wednesday and they're still saying that they've got the wrong details and are "trying" to fix it. Today's excuse was that the Supervisor was in meetings the whole afternoon and wouldn't have time to look at the problem today. Is that my issue or his? The car is ready and waiting but they cannot pull the finger out of their back side and resolve their own issue. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
