Banking that makes an effort

After having a pretty standard bank with Natwest since I was a teenager I became pretty used to having a bog standard type of bank account and I guess I accepted that this below par account that just done it's job was the only choice. I've since made the move to Monzo as banking can definitely be better and they are one of the top companies proving that. They make a bank that's made to genuinely help customers take control of their money and really care about what they do. They've brought warmth to a market that's been dominated by coldness and customer service that goes above and beyond. They don't always get it right but are honest enough to admit this and tell customers what goes wrong when it does and I only see this as a good thing. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020
