Couldn't ask more for a current account (and I work for another Bank!)

Monzo gives me full control of my money - Everyday banking is no longer a chore, it is quick, fast and easy. I have switched all my banking over to Monzo for a long time now and never looked back. They provide excellent customer service and an innovative customer experience, but what I find most refreshing is how open and honest they are throughout. If things don't go to plan, they hold their hands up and they tell you what went wrong and what they are doing/have already done to resolve the issue. They're a bank I trust, which I'm sure everyone agrees is rare these days Reviewed on: 9th January 2020
