Review of the Sunny, Short-term loan:

Simple and fast application with superb, responsive and helpful call centre

The Sunny website should get an award for its simplicity and ease of use, both for loan applications and information and control of payments during the repayment period. The Sunny call centre is amazing. The calls are free (!), you get answered within seconds and the staff are so well trained and supportive and knowledgeable. Such a joy to use rather than the expensive, impersonal and so frustrating response times that other lenders and banks provide. I've already recommended Sunny to friends and family as an example of the Customer Service all other lenders should strive to provide. I vote for Sunny and sincerely hope they win this award.
