customer focused service, competitively priced

I am yet to make a claim, however, what gives me confidence in Many Pets cover, is that there are no caps on tests, waste disposal, overnight hospital stays - something my previous insurer introduced, meaning that a lion's share of costs would be met by the customers (on top of excess and voluntary sharing of percentage of treatment). In other words, whatever tests are suggested by the vet, once the claim is assessed and approved, they will be covered by Many Pets. Fingers crossed I need to make no claims in the future!
