dreadful customer service

Had my card refused in Singapore when I had plenty of credit available. Wrote to them on 5th December 2019 for an explanation and still waiting for a reply on 14th January 2020. It's not possible to contact them on their website by secure message and when you select "contact us" from the sitemap it loops you to a page selling credit cards and then back to your original page.
