Banking as it should be - 5/5*

I've never had a complaint about Starling - but if I ever did, I'm sure it would be resolved by Starling just as the complaints I've had about some merchants and their fraudulent practices have been by Starling staff. Budgeting is super easy - with monthly spending broken-down into categories so you know when to trim back on something. Statements can be generated for specific date ranges with digital signatures - so submitting evidence of income online has never been easier. The instant spending alerts and security from the ground up make online and in-person shopping as safe as possible. I have full confidence in this bank. I joined in November 2019 and Starling keep going from strength to strength. It's no-wonder they've been voted Best British Bank EVERY YEAR SINCE 2018 and I believe they're still worthy of this accolade and others, too. From a very happy Starling customer.
