Customer focused and easy to use

While the stock markets are currently very volatile, Wealthify communicates well, offers customers the option to move to cash in times of doubt, and offers proper services for those unable to use phones, including actually informative FAQs and walkthroughs and responsive web chat. This is SO rare these days, and it makes my life much easier... Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Clarity and openness

The team sends regular emails about rebalancing, and the dashboards are clear. I do not always agree with the logic behind decisions, but at least they are always explained! It would be better if monthly DDs credited more rapidly - in the modern world, there's no real excuse for a 2-day delay. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020
