Great deals and good mobile app

Amex cashback deals are generous and frequent, and the shop small deal is the cherry on top. The mobile app is modern and easy to use and integrates really well with Google pay. The only downsides are poor foreign exchange rates and fees, so not recommended for travel, and there are still a number of retailers who don't accept amex - but this is getting much better in my experience.
