MOST WORTH POCKIT CARD AND SERVICE IN UK Hi To be honest this pockit CARD most worth service or company in my last 40 year banking experience in uk Very bad and most Rude Customer service Over the year I safe my child pocket money to spend on Christmas holidays try use it thay blocked When I call thay failed me in Security and during the calling thay freez app ,cant have Excess to explain Denied to speak and put down phone Receiver, LIKE SOME ONE Slap on your face 11/12 emails honestly no reply Provide I'd, proof of address and Selfie waith holding I'd Thay are no helpful and completely Rude Offer them to come they office waith my passport, driving license, proof of address THAY refused Thay answered just Rude Keeps chasing 2 months so far until now What a Surprise owen money transferred from owen my Debit card Can't use Children very disappointed because thay pocket money of Christmas saving over 12 months Before you take this card think towie ,THAY ARE NOT REALLY ABLE GOING TO CANCEL MY CARD AND AS WELL ALL THOSE IN MY FAMILY I RECOMMEND Thanks Reviewed on: 18th January 2020
