Being able to do everything online makes it easier for me. Every time I have contacted them for help they have always done more than I would have expected from other banks I have used in the past.

I got this for my daughter to pay her pocket money onto. I was fed up with being asked if she could have this, that and the other. So now if she wants something she knows if she has the money she can get it. If not she has to save to get it. It's also proved useful for family giving her birthday money etc. She loves it.
