Review of the Ecology Building Society, Savings:

A Truly Ethical Savings provider

When coming to choose an ethical institution to place savings, there is not a great deal of choice. In my view Ecology Building Society and all it stands for make it the number one choice. Whilst Ecology may be slightly behind the curve versus other bigger financial institutions on the technological front, they are streets ahead in values. In the current low interest rate environment, it was a ‘no brainer’ to invest my savings with an organisation that is using it to the good through the funding of many eco builds, co-housing, retrofits and many more great projects. Why has no one set this up before now!

This is a fantastic way to help young people understand the importance of managing their money at an early age. The incentives to earn more pocket money are a great idea. My granddaughter (age 7) feels very grown up having her own debit card. In fact, only today, I’ve recommended Go Henry to 2 young Mums. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020
