Excellent bank

Very proficient, we have needed to contact the bank by phone from abroad on two occasions (our fault......forgot password). On each occasion we had brilliant customer service. They stayed on the line and took us through every stage with such patience and waited until we had made our payment successfully. So easy to make withdrawals from cash machines when overseas... and no hidden charges with a great exchange rate. Thank you Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
