Straightforward, decent and honest

Unlike other challenger banks Starling has not used (short term) gimmicks or teasers to gain subscribers, then move the goalposts once you're onboard. Nor do they try and jam you with 3rd party product under the premise that they're opening your eyes (to the obvious)... The UI is clean, easy to use and intuitive and customer service always helpful when required. Keep up the good work Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
