The best signup experience I have ever had for a FS product

I switched my account from First Direct late last year, as the things that made FD stand out for me (particularly availability of call handlers) were on the wain. I tried Starling after reading positive reviews, and was astonished how easy everything was - The main ‘high street’ banks have a lot to learn. Uploading a copy of ID and capturing a video for AML was a breeze. Less info than most require for the credit check. The Debit Card management was particularly impressive - no need to wait for a letter with a random PIN you have to change at an ATM, it was all handled easily in the Starling app. Now as a relatively new customer, I find the app exceptional and am thoroughly glad I switched.
