Precisely what banking should be

Starling is simplicity. It’s everything you need in a bank without everything you don’t. I moved to starling from a quarter century with another high street bank and over two years on, I have zero regrets. Signing up was so easy, managing my account is so easy, using my card abroad (when we could go) was so easy. I would like to think that my next 25 years of banking will be with Starling, and given their performance so far, that’s not a daunting prospect. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Who needs anything more

From opening my account with the app to providing my ID with a photo and instantly getting my card to use with ApplePay, the entire experience has been efficient and seamless. Only once have I had to contact customer services in the app (about a non-account issue) and the response was immediate, and resolved within ten minutes. I’ve never before been compelled to praise or recommend a bank, however; Starling have something great that I’m more than happy to shout about. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
