Have banked with Cynergy Bank for 20 years and have had excellent service throughout. Their website is easy to use and very often they are leaders in Interest rates compared to the whole of UK banking sector. Simple processes and it feels as though there is a “ person” dealing with you, not some faceless “ bot”. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
