What a bank should be!

With my wife, we were looking for a bank to open our joint bank account. After we learned about Starling bank we gave it a go as we were already quite sceptical about traditional banks and this joint account was meant to only carry monthly expenditures. Its been more than a year and the swiftness of the app and customer services plus all the little tricks offered by a Starling account (spaces, zero international fees, control of overdraft...) convinced us to stay with Starling and even expand to our own personal accounts.
