Great service Appalling customer care

Sunny can be seen in two llights here, firstly they are great in helping you however their call centre staff are just the pits! I tried uplaoding several files they requested and NOT once did they ever respond to my emails. I spoke to a agent and he was so rude and arrogant. I felt he pitied me as i was in need of help. I did get out of a sticky situation thanks to Sunny but was really put off by the lack customer care. Reviewed on: 17th May 2017
