What modern banking should be like

Instant notifications about spending, easy access to see the balance, no international card payment fees (also easy to see the amount in GBP instantly) and something that I absolutely love - SPACES to put money aside, creating as many pots as needed and easy to track the progress. Also great customer service. In my old bank (Barclays) contacting someone to ask questions was almost impossible, here there’s an easy to use chat and messaging system. Also it’s all entirely online - with Barclays even though I have chosen the online statement options I still get tons of junk via post encouraging me to get their credit card with incredibly high interest rate - definitely not what I need.
