Great customer service, great app

Initial opening was not so easy due to my circumstances but as soon as customer services were contacted I was given clear information about how to proceed and the account was opened forthwith. The app is great, I like the instant notifications. It's straightforward to transfer money. Being able to put in cash through the post office is fantastic, better than having bank branches! And then there is the bonus of travel convenience. An excellent bank and proud to be a member. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
