Totally revolutionised my banking and given me control

I previously banked with a high street bank for more than 20 years. I have always found managing my money quite stressful and complicated. I saw an ad for starling that said ‘you’re not bad with money, you are with the wrong bank.’ I felt like that maybe applied to me so about three months ago I switched and it immediately made a difference. I can manage things so easily in the app and also I love how easy it is to connect and get help via chat if I have any questions. I can’t see myself going back to a high street bank, this is a totally different experience which offers me the quality of service I am more used to in 2020. I have told a lot of people about it!
