How banking should be...

Ask a hundred people if they like their back and 90 will probably say no. I jag’s several accounts with different banks and all they do is write to letters telling you they’re savings interest is going down and their overdrafts are going up! Most banks are rip off’s... however Starling is the exception... they are shot no fuss and as much technology that they can have to make it easy to manage your own money! Customer services is great. In a world that the competition is so bad it’s probably not hard to beat the rest but please don’t ever get complacent Starling... stay ahead of the rest and keep listening to tour customers needs...
