Best Modern Bank!

My experience with Starling has been phenomenal. I opened the account one evening with no paperwork and no faffing about. It just happened. I was able to put money into my account and use the mobile facility to make payments in shops straight away. I'd initially just planned for it to be a spare account for going abroad but the user experience has been so good that I essentially just use it as my main bank account. It's when dealing with Starling via the app or using the chat function (always answered very quickly) that you realise how much time other banks waste; whether it's pointless paperwork, queueing on the phone because the app doesn't do what you need, waiting for something in the post, Starling minimises it all where other banks don't. It sounds strange to say you love your bank account... But I do! Reviewed on: 20th January 2020
