Disgusting bank

After several mistakes repaid to me with 60 pounds compensation each time, they closed down my accounts as a revenge keeping thousand of pounds of savings I had. Now without any explanation they are retaining my money which in the meantime disappeared from my account. As far as I have seen on Natwest customer reviews, hundred of customers had the same, probably it’s time to take this bank all together to the Court. They cannot keep customers money and run away.
