Starling bank “just gets it”! The app is super friendly to use, intuitive, gives me the authority and power to make adjustments how and when I want. More importantly it is extremely stable as well. I really feel in control of my money with Starling. I have another account with a high street bank and I always somehow feel that they think they are doing me a favour by letting me give them my money. You almost have to ask for permission every time you want to do something but Starling just trust that you know what you you want and need from your account. It is also sooooo refreshing to deal with a bank and its app that isn’t continuously trying to sell me other products. I don’t think I have ever had to contact Starling with a query or complaint because everything just works how it should first time every time. The other banks could learn an awful lot from Starling but they have let them steal a march which will be incredibly difficult to catch up from. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Hassle Free, Reliable Banking

Starling Bank has come into my life like a breath of fresh air. The app is 100% reliable, they are simple to deal with and I have 100% confidence in keeping my money with them. There doesn't seem to be any of the bureaucracy that comes when dealing with a traditional high street bank. I can't praise Starling Bank enough and the traditional banks should be looking over their shoulders or at least be taking a leaf from their book. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Awesome Bank

Starling Bank has proven itself to me to be the best bank I have ever dealt with. The app is the most user friendly and intuitive one that I have come across. The two other (high street) banks that I have accounts with are not a patch on Starling and their apps are borderline unusable at times. I have never had need to contact Starling with any service issues or problems because there just aren't any, but I have no doubt that should the need arise it will be dealt with professionally and efficiently. I wish more banks would take a look at how Starling do things! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020
