Banking like it's 2020

It is 2020? yes...? This is what I find myself saying to staff members. of legacy high st banks when I come up against something unknown with my own bank (starling). Things like instant and printable statements..live spending analysis, instant account opening.. etc etc.. The response I usually get back is "I only bank with them as I have to for my job" I feel like calling in UN Peacekeeprs sometimes... Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
