Personal Service that has been lost by all other banks

It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Metro. The transitions have been easy and we got to speak to the same lovely people who have taken responsibility for our accounts and got to know our business and requirements. We get quick responses and personal service. No brain numbing call centres where the computer says no. Highly recommended for business and personal needs. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

All the family are in...

Starling has made banking so much more controllable with it's Spaces system and Euro account (when we can travel again!). All my family use Starling now and my husband has his business account on it. It's so easy to move between accounts and transfer money. The Kite system is innovative - my kids are too old now but I wish it had been in place for them when they were younger. Spending Abroad and Savings Pots

This account ticked all the boxes I was looking for - full banking services including a business account option but with no fee foreign spending! And the saving pot system. My teenage son also got the account as he is studying in USA and has been paying ridiculous fees elsewhere. My husband is about to go VAT registered so this is going to be great for him too!
