Banking as it should be

I was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad they did. This feels like how banking should be in 2020. No onerous manual paperwork, clear communications throughout the switching process. Hassle free and thoroughly modern! Not had to receive a letter or speak to anyone yet. Any communications was handled brilliantly by the messaging app. It’s been a revelation to see my spending shown in such an easy to digest way. Some insights were a little surprising!
