Great bank, constantly innovating

Starling is a breath of fresh air compared to the old guard banks. Easy to use app with frequent enhancements. My only reservation is perhaps the security is falling behind best practice. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Great service and products

I have used Starling as my out-and-about account for over 2 years, and in that time the product has become better and better. Although I have experienced no problems at all in that time, I have held back from switching all my banking to Starling. Why? I run three current accounts (to cleanly separate personal, household and motoring spending), but Starling only permits one personal current account per customer at the moment. When that changes, switching will be a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
