Experiencing StepChange has been life changing for me.

Experiencing StepChange has been life changing for me. From the very first call I felt the weight lifting. I could see a way through the debt, to a calmer, more controlled place and a happier life. Recognising your debt problem is the start, but calling StepChange is the wisest thing you’ll ever do. Confronting the problem with their help makes the seemingly impossible much more doable (and flexible) - and they do all of it for free! So be brave, pick up the phone, admit finally there’s a problem, and let this great organisation do for you what they have for so many of us and bring peace and certainty in place of all the stress and worry. The helping hand you need

We all need a little in life. And sometimes that help lies in an understanding voice, a little clarity, a few options, and someone to lift the burden with you. All of those are things I found with StepChange. I'm five years into my debt management plan, and I know I couldn't have done this without them. Their work with my creditors, and access to their portal has brought control, peace of mind and a massive decline in my debt. In return they have asked for nothing but for me to remain honest and open with them. Innovative. Connected. Modern life compatible banking.

From the very clever use of tech in setting up an account, through to its daily use I am loving my new Starling account. So easy to use. So stylishly presented in the App, but crucially makes looking at my money interesting! Not something I thought I’d ever say. Really worth giving this a go. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
