During renewal their customer service rep took the time to make sure the policy is still right - even doing internet searches for similar models to check that I had estimated the market value correctly. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

Brilliant value

As a new caravan owner I was a little confused by some of the insurance options and found customer services to be really helpful. I shopped around for equivalent cover but Caravan Guard were the best value for money. Really happy. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Mary Poppins account - Practically perfect in every way!

The App is so easy to use. I love being able to categorise my payments by type. The card control is superb and instant. The notifications of future payments are helpful. Adding a new payee can be done anywhere and I don't need a card reader/phone call/kidney donation etc! Money can be paid in at any Post office. I LOVE this account! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

A totally different bank

I love how user friendly the app is. The separate spending space is amazing and I appreciate seeing all my payment amounts in one place. I like the control I have over my MasterCard. The posh notifications of every transaction are invaluable. The best bit is that I can take my dog into the post office to deposit cash! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
