Banking as it should be

With the demise of high street banks I found opening an account difficult without having to take time off work or travelling a fair distance distance to my ‘local’ branch Within 10 minutes of my account application, from the comfort of my own home, I was a Starling Bank customer. The app is easy to navigate, showing me exactly where my money has gone and what services I use. The ‘Spaces’ feature is a great way to visualise my saving goals The only issue I experienced (through my own fault, I forgot my account password) was resolved to promptly. The agents on the 24/7 chat service are informative and very helpful My only regret was not discovering Starling Bank sooner Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
