Common Sense and Simplicity Defined

I judge a business not by how well it's doing when it's doing what it's supposed to... good service should be the goal and every day achievement of all businesses in banking, rather the true test comes when something doesn't quite go right and the efficiency that comes into play tells you much more about an organisation... I was aware of Starling from friends and family and even recommended them to colleagues prior to having my own account... upon set up however there was a serious issue involving security and potential data compromise which I alerted them to... never before have I seen such a remarkable response to a unique problem... one that no amount of training would have prepared staff for and yet one that was resolved efficiently quickly and professionally... with Starling never wavering in keeping me updated with microscopic detail as they worked to make sure nothing like that could ever happen again...not just to me but to anyone! As an I.T. expert and company director for 20 plus years it was great to see such dedication play out. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
