Moving away from mortgage with NBS

Our mortgages has been with the newbury building society for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, we found a more competitive rate elsewhere for our remortgage,. There were a number of hitches moving our mortgaged and with the conveyancing (none due to the newbury) and the staff at NBS were enormously helpful, and were paramount to getting it finally over the line. I can't fault the service we have received in the last 3 years, and if it wasn't for the more competitive rate, we definitely wouldn't have moved! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
