So much easier than high street banks

I like the option to have folders which I can name and save my money into, as well as having a folder which I have a “round up” linked. Any problems are quickly dealt with, without having to leave my house. As someone who is at times unable to go out it is reassuring to have complete control of my finances without having to venture out to a high street bank. The interest is higher than other banks. Knowing I can immediately stop my card being used if it is lost or stolen is again easy, quick and reassuring. I have banked with Starling for over a year now and I am 100 % happy with the service provided. There was one time I had forgotten my PIN number and it was sorted out within hours not days which is typical of high street banks. I have recommended Starling to family and friends and my husband has just signed up for an account when I explained all the positives as well as the pros and cons of opening an account with Starling. I feel Starling is the way forward in modern banking. It is so much easier to take control of my finances without having to venture out to a high street bank. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
