How banking should be done

The Starling Bank app is incredibly easy to use.. Making payments to others take seconds, far less time than when I use my other online bank account. The display is clear and simple. The bank works well with my Fitbit watch so all I need is my watch to make payments. I’ve never had a failure so far. I love it! Reviewed on: 24th January 2021

More customer focused

It’s a modern way of banking that is incredibly customer focused and user friendly. Set up was very easy. I was expecting the usual nightmare that comes with setting these things up. But there was no drama at all. Delightful. The app is simple, clear and easy to use. The bank minimises use of paper so even the debit card came with very little associated documentation. This is so important in this age of climate emergency. I can use the bank via my Fitbit which is really useful. Love it. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
