Friendly bank, brilliant staff.

I have had a current account with HSBC for over 12 years and I can honestly say I have never had a problem. Every issue I have every had regarding bank charges, even late payments as my employer payed me late was resolved with little fuss. The staff are amazing, would never contemplate moving.
