Direct debit date issue

Hi my name is Desmond ward I'm currently insuring an Astra vxr through yourselves AD57FWM I took the policy out the 13th April and paid a big deposit. Only to find out my direct debit was set up to collect the middle of the month and not the end aa I'm paid monthly. I called last week and didn't get any help basically untill I called up today. Had Daniel help me ext number 7084 who was really helpful and understanding as my monthly instalments are £164 a month which is a lot. H... Reviewed on: 18th May 2017
