Excellent experience so far

Card services has been the best I've experienced. Being able to turn on / off certain features, e.g. disable when I'm not sure if it's lost without having to call up and reorder a new one which arrived 2 days later... simplicity I don't get with HSBC. Not to mention the fee free currency exchange. I haven't transferred all of my banking over so I don't know if the honeymoon period will persist but so far, excellent. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
