Monzo is what banking should be like

I've used Monzo since it was in Alpha, I recognised the potential very early on. Having been through several different bank accounts. Each with its own flavour of atrocious online offering. Everything that made me think 'why is this so hard for a bank to get right?', Monzo got right from the outset. More than just that, Monzo listened and responded regularly to customer feedback and much of the functionality people love about Monzo today, can be traced back to a user in the feedback forums. The app is easy to use and painless, the whole experience is a breeze, and it proves that if you can master the online experience, you don't need physical branches. Keep it up Monzo, you are awesome!
