Fantastic

I moved over to Starling around 3 years ago from a high street bank, and boy did I make the right decision! Only once have I had a problem and my gosh did they step up and fix it. Superb customer service, both on the phone and through their chat service within the app. I have recommended them to several friends over the time I have been with them, many have opened accounts, all have loved them. 10/10 all round Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Brilliant!

Absolutely fantastic bank to deal with. Outstanding customer service, I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to talk to someone and when I do, any issues I have are resolved within minutes. All in all a pleasure to use Reviewed on: 29th January 2020
