Good for advisors, not so good for policy

Been ok a few problems in the past, policy not matching what I took out, having me over a barrel for changing cars mid policy all the usual. Main problem being the amount of times I've had to chase to get documents. Still awaiting my no claims several weeks later due to an attempted 3rd party claim. Even after solicitor has stated claim dropped and no claim reinstated it's down to me to chase again and told it needs to go for review. What's to review if solicitor has stated in writing they've be reinstated?. Not keen on the lack of follow ups. Advisors on phone very friendly and helpful as always though.
