Good, communication and relationship between parent and child

This allows us to have trust and monitoring between parent and child. The responsibility has made my child more behaviour friendly and is doing better at school. This has helped with maturity and the savings tool has really encouraged her to keep being responsible! With family living far apart, this method allows for all members of the family to contribute to the progress and reward my child from afar, gifts and pocket money/rewards made so much simpler!
