STARLING BANK DONT BOTHER

Opened account while ago. Lost card, telephoned told new one ordered. Waited for it to arrive as was going abroad and needed it for this. It didnt arrive, i called to be told, system error and order was rejected! Tried to get it fast tracked, it didn't happen. I left without it, couldnt pay whar i needed to as no card. Cost me extra £5000,they gave me no help, said nothing they could do. MANAGERS SAID THAT!! PHONE PERSONNEL WERE SUPERB AS I WAS IN TEARS. Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

Best Bank Super friendly

I have banked with first direct for a long time. Got mom to open account, friends here me speaking to them like old friends. Helpful when i need help, ALWAYS!! Open 24x7x365 what more is there to say. Superb!! Reviewed on: 30th January 2020
