Excellent branch service frustrating online set up (not achieved)

Went online to set up and make an initial payment, staff were very helpful but I was unable to carry out the set up. Was it me?? Calling at Hungerford branch to pay money in I was well treated and all my questions were answered. A good experience at the branch. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020
