Being new to this brand I was a bit sceptical.

Being new to this brand I was a bit sceptical. However the process of opening an account, transferring funds and selecting a savings provider was seamless and quick. There was a range of banks to choose form and with currently competitive rates. My only concern was that I did use a bonus code and on entering it and completing the sign up there was no confirmation it had been accepted. However I emailed customer service and received a response the next day confirming thus making me confident in Raisin. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Easy to use app which shows the information you need...

Easy to use app which shows the information you need and easy to transfer funds. best of all they seem to be on the ball with trying to offer leading interest rates. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

So far so good!

Was concerned to use this platform re the risks of such investments. was concerned at first re the dip in markets etc but my portfolio has bounced back a bit with time and inline with markets etc. I am hopeful and I prefer this to the P2P sites have used before, feels safer. I like that there are regular email updates and that the portal / dashboard is easy to use and understand. Defo recommend thus far, albeit with the caveat of risk. Reviewed on: 19th January 2021

Easy!

Easy and quick sign up to open account. Can't comment on performance as yet but the web site and dashboard etc are all good...So far the experience is good and seems the fees are bit cheaper than the management fees I have previously paid with other platforms. Reviewed on: 1st February 2020
