Review of the Drafty, Loan:

Never return your calls or emails and don't get any proper customer service

Having had my pay date changed from 30th to the 5th, Drafty assured me it was fine to make payment on 5th - however on 30th and for following few days I got texts and emails saying I was late in my payment and I was going to incur extra interest, late payment chgs and it would affect my credit rating. Drafty assured me this was just automatic and everything was ok. I rang them twice and both times they said there wasn't a problem, I would incur no extra interest or chgs and my credit rating would not be affected. Lo and behold a few days later, my credit rating plummets as Drafty had informed them that I was late in paying my monthly payment! On emailing Draft several times I have had no response so I called them and again, after being assured someone would call me back to sort this - never got a call back. I am absolutely incensed and would recommend that NO ONE uses Drafty. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2017
