Magnificent, best bank I have ever used

I can't tell you how good Starling are. I have banked with all of the major banks over the last 30 odd years of being in business and none have the customer service and ease of use that Starling has. I tried opening up a new account with a bank I already use for another business, but after 3 weeks I was getting nowhere. I googled for new banks and found Starling who offered everything I needed, chq payments, overseas payments, integration with Xero etc. In two hours I had a bank account open. Since then I've had a couple of queries and using the message option in the app they've been sorted in minutes. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020
