Review of the Brightside, Car Insurance:

cheap,but not all good.

i took up my new insurance with brightside after a very shady service from goskippy.com,however, i was not prepaired for the constant hassle with text messages and threats of cancellation because i had not sent conformation of my NCB and photos of my licence,even though i had sent it to them 4 times!!! they had also stated that i never declared an accident on my application witch was false and also that my NCB was not 5yrs but only 4,even though it was in actual fact 4yrs and 10 months, im not actually sure how insurance companys operate in that respect but my previous insurer did not hold the claim against me as it was the first claim i had made and also that my NCB was protected at the time, not happy with the constant text msg and the fact that the email address that was given as a way to reply did not actually exsist, i had to find a suitable email address myself to reply to them.
